Terms and Conditions & Policy Statements Online and In-Studio Training Courses

The Pole Studio does not refund course payments under any circumstances.

No refund of course payments will be given for any cancellations made by the student, for any reason, including, but not limited to, injury, illness, pregnancy, or a change in personal or financial circumstances.

Cancellation Policy In-Studio Training Courses

In the event of illness, pregnancy, injury, or other changes in physical condition, or in the event of personal, financial, work related issues or other situations which prevent you from attending a course, you must contact the course organiser at least two weeks before the start of the course.

You will not be financially reimbursed and will have to pay to be transferred to another course date, see below for details on postponing your course. If you wish to cancel completely and not postpone, for any reason, within two weeks of your course date you will not receive a refund.

Assessment dates can be transferred under special circumstances. Alternatively, you may have the option to send in a video of your assessments.

You must discuss your concerns and reasons for wanting a new assessment day with your tutor or course organiser as soon as possible during the course.

You must have attended all of your course learning hours in order to be assessed either face to face or by video. If you have attended all of your learning hours, but for some reason you do not yet feel ready to be assessed, there are options open to you. The Pole Studio wishes to support your learning and for you to get the best results possible.

You may video record all of the assessments which are due and submit them to The Pole Studio within an agreed time frame, free of charge upon the first submission.

You can join another assessment day to sit your written test.

If you cannot video record your assessments, you can attend another assessment day that is set by The Pole Studio.

If you attempt your assessments and fail the practical, or the written element, or both, the Appeals and Re-Sits Policy applies.

The maximum time frame that The Pole Studio will allow you to transfer assessments, or postpone course attendance, is 12 months from the time of the originally planned course or assessment date. You may only postpone your course date once. If you postpone more than once, you will need to pay the full fees if you wish to join another course. If you postpone within four weeks of your booked course date you will have to pay 50% of the course fee to re-book.
