To begin with, I was 50/50 about getting my instructing qualification, my course instructor addressed all my reservations and supported me along the way. My course instructor delivered a great assessment weekend by being able to combine the theory elements practically – I learnt so much in those 2 days! The course content covered a variety of topics such as origins of pole, generic fitness info, the anatomy, stretches and pole moves (obviously) – we were given a handbook and videos to study these leading up to the instructor course. In addition, there were no surprises because she had been so transparent and honest, eg, what to expect as an instructor, what’s expected from me as an instructor and endless amounts of expertise. To date I’ve completed the beginner and intermediate courses with The Pole Studio, I highly recommend it to anyone considering it as a career path.

Thank you so much!!! It was great formation and I feel motivated to reach outside my comfort zones! Another day of visits and more pole in Catalonia… watching my beautiful friends Salima Peippo and Christian Fernandez… AND RECEIVING 6 hours and a half of a lot of information with Tracey Simmonds… teacher training and your workshop … fantastic as always! Thank you so much!!! It was great formation and I feel motivated to reach outside my comfort zones! It was an inspirational day for me and your handspring course is very helpful for instructors to teach the progress to handspring in the safest way and to all kind of bodies! I totally recommend!!!

I recently booked onto The Pole Studio’s Beginner Instructor training course and cannot recommend it highly enough. Right from booking onto the course to completion we were fully guided and supported. Myself and a friend (also wanting to do the course) were struggling to find a course date that would fit in with our demanding work schedules but Sarah was very quick over email and quickly found a solution which meant we were able to enrol and join the course we had been desperate to attend. Before the course begun we received highly detailed and comprehensive instruction manuals as well as professional videos which demonstrated all the moves covered in the course. The course itself had a very clear structure and allowed you to learn in a supportive and fun environment whilst still ensuring the discipline needed to cover all the necessary work. Sarah (our instructor) was full of knowledge and passion about not only pole but teaching pole safely. I came away from the course with a solid knowledge of all the requirements for teaching pole to beginners, including the health and safety, instructor insurance, anatomy, different teaching methods and of course all the required movements. The course was intensive and detailed but also lots of fun and I highly recommend it to anyone wishing to start teaching pole!

Thank you so much for Saturday! I love your teaching style and the environment was encouraging, fun & friendly. I must say I was blown away by your course material, comprehensive, clear and so easy to follow. Most courses don’t have the ongoing support which makes it difficult to benefit long term (especially if you don’t get a move the first time) but I would say your courses are great value for money because of the material.

I was really keen to get my qualifications in pole instructing so contacted Sarah Brown at The Pole Studio to do so. From the first email, Sarah was so accommodating and got me into one of her upcoming courses straight away. The course was delivered so well giving me information on every aspect of teaching, how to do lesson plans, injuries, the body, insurance, how to open your own school, with more information I have definitely missed off!! Even though the course is only a few days you most definitely feel supported throughout and the aftercare has been phenomenal with Sarah answering my questions still even now!! I would recommend the pole studio instructor course to anyone considering a career in pole instruction and know you won’t be disappointed!!
