Congratulations to Ashleigh Rixon. Ashleigh received her beginner level pole certification two weeks ago after she powered through the online course in record time. We were more than happy to assist Ashleigh in completing her pole course throughout August in preparation for her to teach her own classes - which started this month!

The Pole Studio Beginner Level Instructor Training Programme has been running since 2011.

This internationally accredited course attracts first timers in pole fitness who are interested in starting a new career, as well as current fitness professionals looking to gain another fitness certification.

Most potential clients are looking for instructor-led exercise that encourages diverse but safe fitness activities in a social environment. Pole fitness classes are delivered in an inclusive, group class environment that is designed to be motivational, supportive and fun.

The goal of our instructor training programme is to help you succeed in pole fitness teaching and make it a rewarding career for you. To become certified, you need to show that you are knowledgeable, as well as proficient in a variety of pole skills.

Learn and practise different methods of improving flexibility. Understand what flexibility means and the factors that affect it. Know the different types of flexibility. Practise a number of extra flexibility stretches and learn how to identify and improve flexibility in different areas of the body.
